The Cleveland Browns’ 2019 season has been an unmitigated disaster, and that was summed up with a sequence of events during Sunday’s game against the Buffalo Bills.

With the Browns up 6-0 on the Bills, they had the ball at the 1-yard line following a 24-yard run from Nick Chubb and were poised to go up two scores. All they had to do was capitalize on one of the four downs and they’d be up 12-0.

Instead, the Browns got eight chances at the endzone due to penalties, and they could not convert on any of them.
