Friedo is joined today by Greg Likens. The guys open the show talking about The Miami Hurricanes football team and the expectations heading in to Mark Richt’s 2nd season with the Canes. We continue our Canes talk with Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald who was out at Miami’s first practice today. And we wrap up hour 1 talking about the quickest tenures in sports in honor of Anthony Scaramucci only lasting 10 days in the Donald Trump administration.

In hour 2 we let the listeners call and text in their nominations for shortest tenures in sports history. We dive back in to sports and Hurricanes football talking about the quarterback competition heading into the season. And we close out the 2nd hour asking the question, would you root against your team in order to witness greatness?

And in the final hour we come in with breaking news the Marlins pitch Edinson Volquez will need Tommy John surgery. We dive back in to scenarios where you would be ok with rooting against your favorite team. And we wrap up the show talking with Miami Herald writer Barry Jackson.
