Tobin, Beast and Leroy: Too Late

Tobin, Leroy & Beast
February 01, 2018 - 11:24 am

The guys open the show discussing last night's Heat-Cavs game. Leroy talks about players who play with an aggresive mindset at all times. Tobin says James Johnson was playing not to mess up rather than playing aggresively at the end of last night's game. Tobin wouldn't take Lebron back. The guys worry that Robbie will shoot himself during archery. Leroy and Beast say Johnson should've kept going straight to the rim and put the pressure on the Cavs and the officials. Tobin dares the Warriors to get Lebron. The guys argue if the Warriors would be the "dark side" team with Lebron. The guys talk about nunchucks. Beast aks the guys if the Heat would take Lonzo Ball. Tobin says if Lebron leaves Cleveland again Lebron won't face as much backlash compared to when he went to Miami. Tobin says the NBA is very predictable. Leroy says if Lebron goes to Golden State the NBA would become less watchable. Tobin disagrees. The guys ridicule Leroy's duck sounds. The guys narrate zebras getting attacked by crocodiles. Leroy says if a player who was drafted by the Dolphins in the first-round ends up having a decently long career you can't fault the Dolphins talent evaluators. Leroy says Marvin Lewis is his favorite coach.

Tobin says Adam Gase will throw his lemonade at the TV watching Jay Ajayi in the Super Bowl. Tobin talks about potential upcoming fights such as McGregor-Mayweather in the Octagon. The guys discuss the list of possible destinations for Lebron next season. The guys play a Stephen A. Smith sound bite about Lebron possibly wanting to go to the Warriors. The guys discuss the importance of tomorrow's Sixers-Heat game. The guys make their Doom Box picks for this week's games. Tobin wants to go "archer." The guys debate if that is correct grammar. Beast took his ten-year-old son to the gym. Tobin says he would put his own son on the incline machine first. Leroy and Beast claim Tobin doesn't do cardio.
