Steal the Show: Zaslow, Romberg & Amber

Zaslow & Amber
July 11, 2017 - 9:47 am

The show reacts to last night's home run derby. Amber misses Chris Berman on the call. She and Romberg thought Jessica Mendoza did a poor job providing TV analysis. Zaslow sat in the outfield and almost caught a homer. Giancarlo Stanton and Justin Bour put on a show, experience great crowd. Marlins sale reports are trash. Why U Mad, Why U Glad?: Zaslow is mad someone pooped in the stairwell he used to walk out of Marlins Park. Amber is glad that men apparently have a bilogical clock, and Roms is stoked for Amazon Prime Day.

Is Giancarlo Stanton still “that dude”? Think Gary Sanchez is thinking about Logan Morrison when he’s crushing all those home runs? In a shocking twist, Justin Bour…stole the show….Discussing McGregor vs. Maywether: if Floyd loses in a decision, is boxing ruined? Would it be better if McGregor just knocks him out cold? Tool of the Week: a caller nominates himself for getting caught by his wife while watching porn. Amber defends him. Zas is all excited that the ‘Mike and the Mad Dog’ 30 for 30 debuts this week. Tobin and Romberg pretend to be New York sports radio callers.

The guys tease Amber about being the home run derby [clock] operator. Goran and Dion celebrate 7-11 Day. The crew discusses how gross and weird Bowl Bar is. Did Freido purposefully position himself to be on camera behind Aaron Judge? Beast has a knee-beard! A listener superimposes a James Harden jersey onto it. Tobin’s got great knee-beard jokes that crack up the show.
